Swarthmore, PA - The N.C, Wesleyan men's tennis team fell to Swarthmore in the second round of the NCAA Tournament on Saturday. Another terrific season comes to an end for the men's tennis program after consistently being ranked in the top 20 of the ITA Rankings all season and defeated multiple nationally ranked programs.
This year, Wesleyan had dominated the USA South All-Conference awards by
John Falke earning USA South Player of the Year for back-to-back years and
Albie Brice earning USA South Coach of the Year honors once again.
The Battling Bishops were also able to land four members to the USA South All-Conference team, as
John Falke,
Albert Sitwell, and
Diego Segovia were first-team all-conference members and
Logan Stoltz earned a spot on the second team.
Memorial Day weekend, Falke will travel to St. Louis, MO for the NCAA Individual National Championships and look to repeat as an NCAA All-American.
