In the fall of 2019, Grant, with the help of 2011 Wesleyan graduate Desiree Driver, started the Bishop Gaming Association (BGA) student organization and served as its president. The BGA is dedicated to promoting the culture of gaming, media, and entertainment by providing experiences, advice, awareness, and resources to students interested in exploring and growing in these fields. The program flourished, becoming the largest group on campus with 136 members. In 2020, the BGA received the Organization of the Year award from NC Wesleyan Student Affairs.

Grant pursued a master's degree in Entertainment Business at Full Sail University in 2020. During his time at Full Sail, he further demonstrated his dedication to the eSports industry by joining the esteemed Armada stream team in 2021. His expertise and insights earned him an invitation as a panelist at the Full Sail Hall of Fame XII, where he shared his experiences and perspectives on topics such as "Careers in eSports," "Working with eSports Teams," and "Black Gamers Do Exist."

During his semi-pro playing career, Grant competed in the ADBA (Amateur Development Basketball Association) and UHL (Ultimate Hoop League) in NBA 2K. In 2019, he won a championship (Season 1), was a finalist (Season 2), and earned the titles of assist leader (Season 3) and Most Improved Player (Season 3) in the ADBA. In 2023, Grant was a finalist (Season 1), won assist leader (Season 3), and won a championship (Season 5) in the UHL.
