2020-21 Men's Cross Country
Biography
Connor comes to NCWC with an outstanding high school running career, where he had times of 4:29 in the mile and 16:53 in the 5K. He had outstanding state championship finishes, with him finishing 5th at the Indoors and 6th at the Outdoor State Championships.
At NCWC he ran a personal best time of 28:31 (8K) at the Virginia St. Invitational, and owns the top 5K track time of 17:09. He also owns the 2nd fastest 1500 time at NCWC with a time of 4:17.
As a freshman, Connor won the Academic Award for having the highest GPA (2x scholar athlete) and then ran a 5K in Spain during the 2019 summer.
