Raleigh, NC - The N.C. Wesleyan women's soccer team fell in a tough conference battle to William Peace at WakeMed Soccer Park on Tuesday night. Leading 2-1 at the half, the Bishops could not keep the momentum in the second period of play. In the seventh minute, Eden Whiteside would find the back of the net for the first time this season and only twenty minutes later Samantha Dell would get her fifth goal of the year to get Wesleyan out to a strong 2-0 lead. The Battling Bishops would outshoot peace 18-9 in the game, with nine of those being on goal.
