Harrisonburg, VA - The N.C. Wesleyan women's soccer team extended its win streak to two after a commanding 3-1 victory over Eastern Mennonite on Wednesday.
Eden Whiteside opened the scoring for the Bishops with back-to-back goals in the 24th and 26th minutes, both assisted by
Samantha Dell. Dell capped off her impressive performance with her first goal of the 2024 season in the 52nd minute, giving Wesleyan a commanding 3-0 lead.

Eastern Mennonite's Cardoso-Rodriguez would later find the net in the 69th minute, but the Bishops' defense held strong to secure the win. Wesleyan fired seventeen shots in the contest, six of them on goal, while goalkeeper Grace Walls recorded eight outstanding saves.
