Rocky Mount, NC - The NC Wesleyan men's soccer team battled to their second tie of the weekend, drawing 1-1 against Johnson & Wales University from Charlotte in an intense Sunday matchup.
Johnson & Wales opened the scoring early in the second half with a well-placed shot by Niklas Seguin, putting the Wildcats ahead. However, the Battling Bishops responded with resilience, and it wasn't long before Sophomore Julian Gamboa found the back of the net, marking his first goal of the season and equalizing the game.

Despite the tie, Wesleyan dominated the offensive statistics. The Bishops unleashed 22 shots, with fifteen of them on target, keeping the JWU goalkeeper busy throughout the contest. The Bishops also had five corner kicks, applying constant pressure on the Wildcats' defense.
