Rocky Mount, N.C. - The NC Wesleyan women's tennis team faced a tough challenge on April 3, taking on Division I opponent Campbell University at the Slick Family Foundation Tennis Center, falling 7-0.

Campbell gained early momentum by sweeping all three doubles matches to take the doubles point. The Bishops battled in each position, with the No. 2 pairing of Ivanna Torres and Andrea Elaez Miranda putting together a competitive effort, but the Camels were able to secure all three courts.

In singles play, NC Wesleyan continued to compete against a strong Campbell lineup. Several matches featured competitive moments throughout, but Campbell was able to maintain control across all six courts to complete the sweep.

Despite the final score, the Bishops gained valuable experience competing against Division I competition, continuing to challenge themselves against high-level opponents as they move through the spring season.
