Charles Sias joins the N.C. Wesleyan football staff after being a four-year member of the football program. Hailing from Orange, TX, Sias played outside linebacker for the Battling Bishops where he recorded 44 total tackles in 2023 and broke up three passes, which earned him USA South All-Conference Team accolades. 

In 2021, Sias was named to the D3Football.com Team of the Week after recording a team-best nine tackles tackles and three and a half tackles for loss, three of them sacks as the Battling Bishops gave up just one offensive score against Maryville.
