Kaitlyn Brown joins the NC Wesleyan University women’s lacrosse coaching staff as a first-year graduate assistant, bringing her competitive experience and defensive expertise to the Battling Bishops’ program.

A standout goalkeeper during her collegiate career at Washington & Jefferson College, Brown was a cornerstone of the Presidents’ defense and earned numerous accolades throughout her playing tenure. A native of Charlotte Hall, Maryland, and an alumna of La Plata High School, she excelled from the moment she stepped on campus and quickly became one of the most decorated players in the program’s recent history.

During her time with the Presidents, Brown earned multiple PAC Defensive Player of the Week honors, was named PAC Newcomer of the Year, and earned spots on All-PAC teams, including First Team and Second Team selections. She was also recognized as PAC Tournament Most Outstanding Player, collected All-Tournament honors, and received the prestigious Prezpys Women’s Record Breaking Performance Award for her exceptional play. Her leadership and consistency between the pipes bolstered her team in key conference matchups throughout her career.

Brown’s passion for lacrosse and her strategic understanding of the game make her a valuable mentor and coach for the next generation of student-athletes at NC Wesleyan. She continues her academic and professional development while helping guide the women’s lacrosse program to new heights.
