Blaire Harley enters her first season as a manager for the NCWU lacrosse program after being a student-athlete on the lacrosse team. A native of Owings, Maryland, Harley was named Wesleyan's lacrosse MVP in 2022 and team captain in 2023.

She also had the honor of being Wesleyan's representative at the 2023 NCAA Convention in San Antonio, Texas.
