Staunton, VA - The N.C. Wesleyan volleyball team hit the road to Mary Baldwin on Friday night and took down the Squirrels 3-1. In a very tight match that every set ended in less than a four point margin that the Bishops won. Wesleyan would get a near season high with 42 kills and 55 digs in the road showdown. Senior Sloan Martin would once again lead the Bishops in kills and digs with another double double in those categories for the standout from Woodstock, GA.

The story of the game came from a very young Bishop's front line which saw ten combined blocks from freshmen. Rookie Aajah Vasquez would get a season high of eight blocks and was complimented by Natalie Adkins' two blocks on the front.
