Women's Basketball Rolls Past Salem to Continue Win Streak

Winston Salem, NC - Dominating from start to finish, the N.C. Wesleyan women's basketball team secured a resounding victory against the Salem Spirits with a commanding 89-37 triumph on Saturday. Senior guard Areina Harris continued to shine, achieving her second consecutive 20-point outing – a career-best for the Senior. Harris contributed 21 points and four rebounds, showcasing precision with an 8-18 shooting performance, including four successful three-pointers. Fellow guard Nadia Simmons sustained her outstanding week, notching a double-double of nineteen points and eleven rebounds. The synergy of freshmen Anaya Hall and Johnny Goddard on the boards was also evident, combining for an impressive total of 23 rebounds each. Freshman Harmony Martin added to the offensive prowess, connecting on three successful three-pointers.
