Rocky Mount, NC - The N.C. Wesleyan men's soccer team clinched the USA South regular season title with a commanding 3-1 victory over Greensboro on Saturday. Hvaing to battle adversity, Wesleyan bounced back from an early setback when Brady Mowers put the Pride on the board in the 32nd minute.
Wesleyan responded swiftly, leveling the score just six minutes later. Tom Roantree found the net for his first goal of 2024, assisted by Osei Darko. The momentum continued to swing in favor of the Bishops, as Jaden Delos scored just one minute later, also marking his first goal of the season, with Silas Hartkaemper providing the assist.

Senior captain Carson Evans capped off the scoring in the second half, netting a goal in the 50th minute to put the game out of reach for Greensboro. The Bishops were relentless shooting, registering 22 shots with over twelve on target, while their defense was equally impressive, limiting the Pride to just five total shots throughout the match.
In goal, Rafael Farina made three saves, ensuring the Wesleyan victory and the regular season title.
