Rocky Mount, NC - The North Carolina Wesleyan University men's soccer team is celebrating a major achievement as three players were named to the 2024 United Soccer Coaches All-Region list. This tremdnous honor recognizes the top NCAA DIII men's and women's soccer players across the entire nation.

Earning Second Team All-Region honors is midfielder Tiago Feler, who adds to his impressive accolades as a First Team All-Conference selection in the USA South and leading Wesleyan to an undefeated conference regular season.

Representing NCWU on the Third Team All-Region list are two key players: senior Carson Evans and senior Bastien Dechamps. Evans, a local product from Raleigh, North Carolina, earned First Team All-Conference honors in the USA South and Dechamps, a senior from France, was also named to the USA South First Team.

The United Soccer Coaches All-Region teams are selected through a rigorous nomination and voting process, with coaches nominating up to four field players and a goalkeeper from their respective teams for consideration. The nominees are then ranked by coaches, followed by an all-opponent voting period where only players from teams that were played during the regular season are considered.
