Rocky Mount, NC - The N.C. Wesleyan lacrosse program dropped a home non-conference contest to Hamline 14-1 on Monday afternoon. After the Pipers opened the game with two straight goals, Lailah Espinal responded in a big way for the Battling Bishops by trimming the lead to one with 2:32 left in the first quarter of action. While Wesleyan would not be able to capture much momentum the rest of the contest, the Lady Bishops will look ahead to conference play starting on Saturday.
