Rocky Mount, NC - The N.C. Wesleyan lacrosse team fell in a heart breaker to Sweet Briar at Vernon T. Bradley, Jr. Stadium on Saturday. Wesleyan would get off to an electric start within the first two minutes as Lailah Espinal scored unassisted for the early 1-0 lead. Allowing three straight goals to end the quarter, Alyssa Vasquez would cut the lead to a single goal to start the second quarter and swing the momentum into the Battling Bishop's favor.
