Men's Soccer Rallies Late to Earn 2–1 Road Win at Greensboro

Greensboro, NC - The North Carolina Wesleyan men's soccer team won with a dramatic 2–1 comeback win over Greensboro on Saturday afternoon at Pride Field.

After a scoreless first half, the host Pride took a 1–0 lead in the 75th minute when Gustav Ohman converted from close range. The Bishops responded in thrilling fashion, striking twice in a two-minute span to seize control of the match.

In the 83rd minute, Jack Mudd netted the equalizer off a setup from Jaden Delos to even the score at 1–1. Less than two minutes later, Delos delivered the game-winner, finishing a feed from Max Diaz Elizarde to give North Carolina Wesleyan a 2–1 advantage it would not relinquish.

Delos finished with a goal and an assist, while Mudd tallied his second goal of the season. Jacob Westermark earned the win in goal, recording one save as the Bishops held Greensboro to just four total shots and none over the final fifteen minutes.
