Greensboro, NC - The North Carolina Wesleyan men's golf team wrapped up its fall campaign with an impressive showing at the O'Briant-Jensen Memorial, finishing tied for fourth in a 20-team NCAA Division III field at The Cardinal by Pete Dye.
The Bishops posted a team total of 24-over par to match Bridgewater, placing behind top-ranked Huntingdon (+11), No. 10 Methodist (+18), and Lynchburg (+20). The performance marked another strong finish in a fall season filled with consistency and growth against elite national competition.
Freshman standout Juan Amil led the way for Wesleyan, firing an even-par round of 71 to finish atop the individual leaderboard and earn medalist honors. His steady play across challenging conditions highlighted his maturity and poise on the course.
Brady Preslar followed with a 77 (+6) to tie for 30th, while Rylan Gay carded a 79 (+8) to tie for 48th. Guido Guevara added an 81 (+10), and Arnau Ferrer Margall rounded out the lineup with an 82 (+11). The final round in Greensboro was unfortunately canceled due to adverse weather conditions.
