Jordi Rodriguez has been named to the USA South Men's Soccer All-Conference Second Team, recognizing his outstanding play and leadership throughout the 2025 season.
A native of La Cruz, Córdoba, Argentina, Rodriguez anchored the Bishops' back line, starting sixteen of eighteen matches and logging over 1,400 minutes of action. Known for his calm composure, tactical awareness, and ability to distribute from the back, he was a key part of Wesleyan's strong defensive unit that produced multiple shutouts in conference play.
Rodriguez also contributed offensively, finishing the season with one goal and three assists for five total points. His lone goal came in the Bishops' 3-2 USA South Tournament win over William Peace, while his assists in matches against Averett, Southern Virginia, and William Peace helped set up crucial scoring opportunities.
