Meisinheimer, NC - The NC Wesleyan softball program fell in a DH at Pfeiffer on Saturday afternoon 3-0, 5-5.

Game 1 saw Ava Lowry have a strong performance with multiple hits, while Emily Humphery started on the mound for the Bishops and allowed 8 hits and 2 earned runs over 5 innings. Unfortunately, the Bishops couldn't generate much offense in game 2, with no player having a multi-hit outing and only managing 2 hits total. Morgan Aycock pitched the entire game for Wesleyan but allowed 4 earned runs in the 5-0 shutout loss. 

The Bishops fall to 13-8 and will travel to Guilford on Wednesday.
