Rome, GA - North Carolina Wesleyan women's soccer senior Eden Whiteside has been named to the USA South All-Conference Honorable Mention Team, recognizing her outstanding play and leadership during the 2025 season.

A native of Jeffersonton, Virginia, Whiteside closed out her senior campaign as one of the Bishops' most consistent and experienced offensive players. Starting all seventeen matches, she tallied four goals and one assist for a total of nine points, while firing twenty shots with a .500 shots-on-goal percentage.

Whiteside's senior season was highlighted by key performances in conference play, including goals against Pfeiffer, Regent, Southern Virginia, and rival Methodist — where she also logged a season-high 90 minutes and netted the game-winner in a 2-1 victory.

Across her four-year career, Whiteside appeared in 70 matches, starting 68, and amassed eighteen goals, ten assists, and 46 total points. Her durability and production made her one of the most dependable attackers in the program's lineup throughout her career.
