Ragan Holloman Named NFCA Division III All-Region Third Team Selection

Louisville, KY - North Carolina Wesleyan graduate student Ragan Holloman has been selected to the NFCA Division III All-Region Third Team for Region VI, as announced by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association. The honor recognizes Holloman's outstanding offensive performance throughout the 2025 season.

Holloman was a consistent spark for the Battling Bishops' offense all year, leading the team with a .394 batting average while starting all 45 games. She racked up 50 hits, including 13 doubles, 6 triples, and 2 home runs, while driving in 42 runs and posting an impressive .638 slugging percentage. Her on-base percentage of .474 ranked among the best in the USA South.

Known for her ability to deliver in key moments, Holloman was a central figure in Wesleyan's success this season, helping the program to a 29-16 overall record and a 14-4 conference mark en route to the USA South Championship Series.

"Ragan's performance at the plate this season was phenomenal. She consistently found ways to get on base, create scoring opportunities, and drive in runs," said Head Coach John Brackett. "She's one of the most dynamic hitters we've had, and I'm thrilled she's getting recognized on the regional level."

This NFCA All-Region recognition is awarded to players who have demonstrated elite performance on the field and are nominated and voted on by NFCA member coaches in their respective regions. Holloman was one of 383 student-athletes honored across 170 programs in 2025.

Holloman now advances to the pool of nominees for NFCA Division III All-America honors, which will be announced on May 28 in Bloomington, Illinois at the NCAA Division III Championship banquet.
