Rocky Mount, NC - The North Carolina Wesleyan volleyball program has officially released its 2025 schedule, which features a full slate of USA South Conference matchups, four multi-team invitationals, and an exciting home-heavy stretch through the fall.
The Battling Bishops will open its season at home on August 29 by hosting Regent and two matches as part of the NCWU Invitational, which continues into August 30. More information on the NCWU Invitational will be announced Monday.
Following opening weekend, the Bishops will hit the road for two straight tournaments—first the Maroon Classic hosted by Roanoke on September 5–6, followed by the McDaniel Invitational in Westminster, Maryland on September 12–13.
Conference play begins September 17 when the Bishops host longtime rival Meredith at Everett Gymnasium. USA South play continues with a busy stretch that includes road trips to Salem, Methodist, Greensboro, and William Peace, along with league tri-matches versus Pfeiffer/Bob Jones, SVU/Brevard, and Brevard/SVU.
The Bishops will also play non-conference matches throughout the year, including meetings with Trinity and Roanoke. Wesleyan wraps up the regular season with back-to-back home matches against Mary Baldwin (Nov. 5) and Greensboro (Nov. 7).
