Cross Country Has Record Breaking Day at Livingstone Invitational

Salisbury, N.C. - The N.C. Wesleyan cross country program had a record breaking day at the Livingstone Invitational that saw Ayden Harper break a personal best record in the 8k. Harper would finish 14th with a time of 29:54:04, making him the highest Bishop finisher in the event. Quincy Brown would compile a top 50 finish as well with a time of 43:29:09.

On the women's side, the only two Wesleyan competitors Mariah Brooks and Kamiyah Wooten would place 39th and 40th in the women's 5k.

Next up for cross country is the USA South Championship, which will take place on Wesleyan's campus October 28th.
