Rocky Mount, NC - The Battling Bishops baseball team had a come-from-behind 12-11 victory on Wednesday. At the plate, junior Tyson Bass had a career day at the plate going 4/4 with 2 walks 2 RBIs. Zach Lyon, Jaiden Barker, and Jackson Hobbs all had multi-hit games. Lyon contributed 2 rbis for the contest. Morgan walked 3 times on the afternoon and contributed to the 12 walks the team had as a whole.

The Bishops scored 3 in the 9th to win it and had 13 total hits on the afternoon. On the mound, Hunter Hill got the win and came in the 9th to shut the Sydney rally down in the 9th.

Wesleyan will be back in action next week as they face Christopher Newport.
