The Bishops went a perfect 2-0 in the Jean Edge Classic as Nadia Simmons and Corynthian Williams were named to the all-tournament team. Williams had an impressive eighteen point, eight rebound effort in the 72-53 win over Averett.

Wesleyan has had several experienced leaders step up in the perfect 3-0 start to the season. Senior Nadia Simmons leads NCWU in scoring, averaging sixteen points and six rebounds per contest as a guard. Sophomore Anaya Hall has been a machine on the boards, grabbing a team leading eight rebounds per game.

The Opponent
