The best wideout in Wesleyan history, Malik Adams is the NCWU all-time receptions record holder at 214. Accounting for 220 yards against Averett in 2015, Adams' performance is considered the greatest game in Wesleyan history. Earning 1,309 receiving yards in 2015, he also has nearly 4,000 yards for his career, which easily sets the school record. A first-team all-conference selection twice in his career, Adams was named the 2015-16 NCWU Male Student-Athlete of the Year while being the offensive MVP for back-to-back seasons.
